Nature never fails to inspire me. I LOVE being outside, admiring the beauty around me. Fortunately, I live in “Narnia” this time of year and there is sooooo much to love here.
Did you know that the electromagnetic field of mother earth matches our human electromagnetic field? And that our constant use of electronics (smart TVs, phones, laptops, etc.) has a negative effect on our electromagnetic field? Since we use this wonderful modern technology all the time, we feel the effects daily.
If you find yourself getting tired, or having brain fog by midafternoon, or unable to get to sleep at night – there is a simple step that you can take to get your body back on track. Take a hike!
The fastest way to get our own field back into vibration is to walk barefoot on the grass or in the water – lake, river, or sea. Or, in the winter, you can take a hike in the woods and hug a tree! Here is a pic of a lovely old tree sharing its energy vibration with me on a New Year’s Day hike with family. Ahhhhhhh. Give yourself the gift of balance and go outside now, find a tree, put your arms around it, close your eyes, and relax into the healing energy of Mother Nature. Let me know how this makes you feel because the fabulous feedback I get from my students and clients, on a regular basis, fills me with joy and inspires me to continue this work that I love!
Just the other day, I received a call from a gal who took my meditation course. She told me that “meditation had saved her life in recent weeks!”
Her very healthy husband, who works out at the gym, takes Pilates from me, and eats relatively healthy, had a major heart attack! It was several weeks of the bumpiest road you can imagine, yet she was able to meditate in waiting rooms, sitting in her car, walking in a park or courtyard, and it’s the one thing that helped her keep her sanity! What a fabulous recommendation.
A few weeks before that, I ran into one of my recent meditation students at the supermarket and she looked ten years younger than I remembered! She told me that she was now meditating daily, and it has made SUCH a difference in her life. She had taken the course to find a way to help reduce the tremendous amount of stress in her life and, YAY! Meditation has done that. Wow!
We all want to live the healthiest, most joyful second half of our lives possible. Many of us are, or have been, caretaking our older relatives. Sometimes even while also helping out with grandchildren at the same time, to give our children a break. Life can get stressful, and stress causes or exacerbates just about any disease/illness that you can think of. Let’s do what we can to reduce our stress reaction. Meditation is the best medicine!
Here is more information about my upcoming course. Jump in before it fills up and see for yourself how much better your life can be!
Best of Health,
Kathi
