Wow! Turn around, and just like that, September is half gone and October is right around the corner. The Holidays will be here before we blink. YIKES!
Let’s take some time right now to really take a look at what you’ve accomplished so far in 2019. Have you met the health goals that you set for yourself back in January?
Take a moment to look at your goal list and write down what did or didn’t get completed so far. And, write how that makes you feel.
Now, what do you want the final quarter of this year to look like?
What one thing is truly important to you and will make you feel like a million bucks if you accomplish it?
Write it down AND, write what you need to do to make it happen by Dec 31st.
The more clearly you visualize your answers to these questions, the easier it will be for you to make your vision a reality.
Now, you’ve got to take action!
What steps can you take this week? Next week? This month?
Write your plan out and tack it up somewhere where you’ll see it often during the day, and remind yourself how it will FEEL to have that health goal accomplished.
It’s Alzheimer’s Prevention month, so keep in mind that many studies have linked aerobic exercise to Alzheimer’s prevention! (I love double benefits!)
Now, here’s a video with a simple tool that I share in my New Season – New You course (using ancient tools and practices combined with new brain science) that helps you not only make that vision as clear as glass, but also helps you taste that success you’ve been wanting to feel!
Best of Health,
P.S. If you missed the first video in this series, watch it here!
