This is a beginners Yoga class where we spend a bit of extra time in one pose per week. We’ll examine the pose carefully, and you’ll be guided through a series of ideas and questions about what the pose means to you, and then we’ll journal for a few minutes on what came up for each of us during that in-depth examination of the pose. You will be surprised at what you can discover!
It’s a fun class, based on the work of Swami Radha. We learn as much about ourselves as we do about Yoga!
