Hello!
I make this smoothie on days when my schedule does not allow time for breakfast. It fills me up, tastes delicious and is packed with nutrients for my brain and body!
- 8 oz. unsweetened non dairy milk (I use coconut milk)
- 1 heaping Tablespoon of Almond butter
- 1 small avocado or half a large one
- 3 Tablespoons Kefir (I use goat Kefir)
- 1/2 Tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 scoop Garden of Life grass fed Collagen peptides
- 1 Tablespoon Organic Psyllium whole Husk Fiver
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup strawberries or raspberries
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
Mix it all up in your blender and enjoy a day filled with tons of energy, no brain fog and – BONUS the collagen is great for your skin, hair and nails!
