Happy New Year to you all!
This is a time of year when many people make “resolutions,” although that term has gone out of favor in recent years. Goal setting tips, vision boards, etc. abound! Use anything that helps you take the time to look at what you’d MOST like to see and FEEL in the new year, then write a list and make a PLAN to get the best results.
If you would like to learn how to meal plan in a way that will make losing weight simpler, and will help you to achieve permanent weight loss without restrictive diets, you won’t want to miss my 5 Day Facebook Challenge! By popular demand, my challenge is back! I’ll be running it from Jan 17-21st at 1 pm eastern each day.
The best news is that if one of your goals is to sleep better at night, this challenge will also help you achieve that! The times that you eat your meals, when you get your protein, and the right amount of protein, help restore your circadian rhythm so that you can get the restful sleep that you need.
Many of us have tried every diet, work out plan, etc. on the internet and still can’t lose that belly fat. We’re overwhelmed! There’s a reason for that and it has nothing to do with not having enough willpower. The real reason those diets don’t work is that no one is giving us women the information we need about how OUR bodies lose weight – especially that stubborn belly fat. Only in recent years has medical science even begun to study women’s bodies and brains. And this new information is quite enlightening!
During this challenge, you’ll be receiving new information every day, along with the tools you need to use this new information for your benefit! Each day we’ll be together for about an hour. I also have daily handouts with information and tips for you.
And, although it’s better when you attend live so that you can ask questions, give support to other women in the group, and receive suggestions from others, each session will be recorded and available for you to watch afterwards.
In my experience, group members work well together. Women over 50, as a rule, love supporting each other towards a mutual goal! You may even find an accountability partner in the group!
Check out the wins that other women have taken away from this challenge!
I’ll see you there!
Today’s video explains a little more about how to begin to write your list of how you want to FEEL and BE in 2022!
For those of us who are retired or semi-retired, this year’s increase in our monthly income due to social security is a nice change. It’s the largest increase that I’ve seen yet. The increased price of many grocery/household items since COVID began has put a strain on lots of retirees and this increase will help at least a little.
It will buy us more than a cup of coffee, for sure, but maybe we should buy chocolate! Read today’s good news story to see why chocolate! At 119 she’s the oldest person living today. Read how she spends her days! https://www.upworthy.com/how-worlds-oldest-person-spends-her-days
