Before we meet, you’ll complete a simple food and activity log so we can uncover the hidden patterns that are keeping you stuck. From there, we create a fitness plan built around your life, your body, and your goals — not someone else’s idea of what women over 50 should be doing.

We’ll meet either in person or via Zoom each week, for your 30-40 minute custom designed coaching session. There will be homework for you to do between sessions, so make sure you are committed to working on becoming the healthiest YOU!
