Here’s how personalized coaching works:
As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive my in-depth intake and assessment form to complete.
You’ll also prepare a food and activity log. This is a tool. It’s the only way to discover what is going on in your life so that we can work on EXACTLY what YOU need.
Then, we’ll go over all this information, and I’ll most likely ask more questions, in our first hour long, one on one virtual session.
This assessment is designed to get to the real cause of your inability to achieve the healthy weight goals you have set for yourself. I use a functional medicine approach, so we look at your whole person – the way you work out, what you do all day long at work or home, what kinds of foods you think are healthy, your stress level, how you feel about your weight and fitness level, and much, much more.
- We’ll create a crystal clear vision of your ” ideal healthy self.”
- Uncover the hidden challenges that are currently sabotaging your efforts. hint – It’s not that you don’t have any willpower, or life is simply too stressful…
- We’ll design a specific plan for the next week that includes foods you love and activities that you like to do and includes accountability.

We’ll meet via Zoom each week, for your 30-40 minute custom designed coaching session. There will be homework for you to do between sessions, so make sure you are committed to working on your health goals!
You’ll experience new tools like EFT, Energy Healing, Re-framing old memories, and more. You’ll make a few simple, yet powerful, lifestyle changes and learn how to re-wire your brain for weight loss success.
