Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Happy Kwanzaa!
My wish for this new year is that it brings joy, health, love, and peace to you all.
Thank you all for giving me the BEST Christmas present ever! Your book purchases during my launch week have made me a four-time bestselling author! I am thrilled to share that my newest book, “Age With Grace And Strength,” reached #20 on the bestseller list and became a bestseller in all three of its categories! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
And if you’d like to post a review on Amazon, I would be grateful. The book will get more views when I have reviews up.
Now, we find ourselves in the season of eggnog, special holiday cookies, and parties galore! I’m here to tell you that it’s okay to splurge a little during the holidays. In fact, it’s better to do so without guilt so you can truly enjoy those treats. Savor them, cherish the moments with loved ones, and know that after the first of the new year, you can take those small steps to get back on track. The “Holiday 5” pounds are not a crime against your body—especially if you’ve taken the time to enjoy these festive goodies with the people you love! Those extra pounds will disappear with a little extra effort later.
After all, January is the season of resolutions! Gym memberships always surge in January as we renew our commitment to getting back into shape. If you’re looking for the biggest bang for your effort, try building some muscle. Lean muscle burns more calories than fat, making it a great way to remain fit well into your 90’s!
Squats are an excellent way to build muscle in your legs. I encourage you to try my super squat exercise and see for yourself how quickly—and safely—you can strengthen those legs! Maintaining strong leg muscles is especially important as we age. Strong legs help us continue our daily activities without strain or pain. From getting up from the couch to using the bathroom, bending over to pick something up from the floor, or emptying the dishwasher, leg strength is essential.
Today’s video features my super squat—join me and start your journey toward Aging with Grace and Strength now!
Best of Health.
