Hi! I’m Kathi Casey, “The Healthy Boomer Body Expert.”

I’m a holistic health coach, Amazon bestselling author, popular columnist, speaker and radio show guest. I’ve shared my techniques and exercises on Fox 23, ABC-8 Evening News, produced my own TV show, “To Your Health,” and I founded The Healthy Boomer Body Center in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher; certified in Pilates, Acu-Yoga (the use of acupressure points and Yoga at the same time), Meditation, and Ancient Ayurvedic Physical Health; I’m a Reiki Master also certified in Healing Touch; I also have certifications in the exciting new brain science of Neuroplasticity. In addition, I have taken advanced training in Energy Healing, EFT, Somatics and more.

I have a large toolbox filled with tools I can share with you to help heal yourself and live a healthy, passionate, joyful life!

My Weight Loss for Post Menopause Women program has helped hundreds of women lose weight, gain more energy and kiss their insomnia goodbye! I’ve coached both men and women to relieve chronic back or neck pain, knee, hip or other joint pain. My mindfulness programs help reduce those stress hormones causing adrenal issues. My “STOP Back Pain” book spent over 5 years an International best seller. My blog ranked #10 in the NursingSchools.net list of 50 top Health Blogs You Should Be Reading, and The Psychology of Eating has chosen me as one of their top 20 Health Coaches. For the last 2+ decades, I’ve been teaching people all up and down the East Coast how to become the CEO of their own Health Care – Regardless of what Congress does!

Here’s a testimonial from a client in South Africa:

“I have been to physiotherapy and I have been given all sorts of exercises to try but nothing has ever worked and I just gave up. When I received your email, I thought “why bother, it’s just going to be like all the rest” but then something (maybe my guardian angel?!!?!) made me click on the link. You don’t know how glad I was when I followed your instructions. The exercise that made the biggest impact was the one lying on your back with your legs on the couch. For the few minutes that I lay like that, there was hardly any pain and as I sit here now typing this message, I feel lighter and a lot more hopeful.”

It is possible to live your life pain free.
