If you’ve ever looked longingly at a dish of chocolate covered strawberries and wished that you could make them – here you go!
I pckg of BIG organic strawberries
1 3.17 oz. (or similar size) bar of dark chocolate (85% Green and Black works great for me!)
- Place a large plate in your freezer. The cold keeps the hot chocolate from sticking to the plate.
- Break up your dark chocolate candy bar into a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high until melted – mine takes about a minute, but keep an eye on it. Chocolate can burn. Probably safe to go 30 seconds at a time.
Take hold of the leafy stem and roll each strawberry around until it’s coated, then place on the frozen plate.
Takes less than 10 minutes to do this, yet your dessert will be the hit of any holiday party!
